Las Palmas is an oceanfront resort comprised of privately-owned luxury homes and condominiums. The resort is located along Sandy Beach in Puerto Penasco, Mexico. The town is commonly known as Rocky Point.

Long a weekend getaway for desert dwellers in Arizona, Rocky Point has fast become a noted vacation spot for people throughout Northern America. In fact many of our owners come from Canada to enjoy the beautiful beaches and low-key lifestyle that pervades this once sleepy little fishing town.

Las Palmas reflects this new trend with its splendid architecture, groomed landscaping and family-oriented culture. The gated compound offers 24-hour security, heated pools, Jacuzzis, lighted parking and a spectacular club house with swim-up bar, kid's pool, exercise room, game room and spa. All of this leads you to our most treasured amenity, a spectacular beach and the warm waters of the Sea of Cortez.

Las Palmas was completed in the summer of 2005. The resort consists of twenty 3 and 4 bedroom homes stretched across the front of our beach. Behind the homes is four towers of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condos.
